14-day right of withdrawal

Not completely happy with your order, or ordered the wrong size? You can return it within 14 calendar days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.

• The item must be unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.
• Please contact us at info@bechiva.com with your order number before sending anything back and we will guide you through the process.
• Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item was wrong or damaged. Please use a tracked service: we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.
• Personalised or made-to-order items are made just for you and cannot be returned.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the goods back. The refund goes to your original payment method at no extra fee.

Damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including return shipping.
