14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the day you (or a person you name) receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when the last one arrives. Customers in other countries may also return items within 14 days of delivery.

How to return an item

  1. Write to info@bechiva.com with your order number and tell us you wish to withdraw (you may use the form below, but it is not required).
  2. We will send you the return address. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us.
  3. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Refund

We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof of sending them. The refund goes to the payment method you used at no extra fee.

Return shipping

The cost of returning the item is paid by you, unless the item was wrong or damaged. Please use a tracked service, because you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items (for example items engraved or made to your measurements), because they are made specially for you. Items that show signs of use or wear can be refused or refunded only in part.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping. You also keep your legal guarantee rights (2 years in the EU) for goods that do not conform to the contract.
