Processing time

Items in stock are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Some products come in many options (size, colour, hardware) and may be made for your order. In that case we produce and ship within 7 days, and we email you as soon as your parcel is sent. After dispatch you receive a tracking number by email.

*Europe includes all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the Balkans, Turkey, Ukraine and other European countries shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates counted in business days from dispatch and may vary with the carrier, customs and holidays. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking and insurance

All parcels are tracked. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it with the carrier.

Customs, duties and taxes

Deliveries within the EU have no customs. For countries outside the EU (including the UK, Switzerland, Norway and the US) import VAT, duties or handling fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.

Wrong address

Please check your address before paying. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you about re-sending, and the extra shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
